How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

  2. Shipping fees are non-refundable
  3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as VeloraBags is not responsible for lost return packages

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  3. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply

Refunds will reflect the item price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
