Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Refunds will reflect the item price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos or videos clearly showing the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
